- For citizens and residents (lease financing).
- Salary from SAR 3,500.
- Age 18 and above.
- Time in job: 1 month government, 3 months private sector.
- No guarantor; comprehensive insurance included.
- Documents: national ID or iqama, valid driving licence, GOSI certificate or salary letter, 3-month bank statement.
Tamweel Aloula
- For citizens and residents, retirees included (lease financing).
- Salary: SAR 3,500 for citizens; SAR 4,000 for residents with a 15% down payment.
- Age 18 to 60.
- Time in job: 4 months private, 3 months semi-government, 1 month government.
- Installment up to 45% of salary.
- No salary transfer and no guarantor.
