What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and installment details (employer, salary, obligations, city) when you submit a request.
• Documents you choose to attach (GOSI printout, ID or iqama, driving licence).
• Reservation details (name, mobile, car, deposit). Card details are entered on the payment company's (Geidea) secure page; they never reach us and we do not store them.
• General visit statistics, without storing your IP address or anything that identifies you.

How we use it

• Only to contact you about your request or reservation.
• We do not sell or share your data, except with the finance company you choose to review an installment request.

Protection and retention

• Only the installment officer handling your request and the showroom manager can see your request and documents.
• Documents are deleted automatically 90 days after the request is closed.

Cookies and ad measurement

• We use essential cookies to remember your language and to run forms securely.
• We use the Meta pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads: it records that you visited the site, sent a request or tapped WhatsApp. We do not send it your name, mobile number or request details.
• You can control the ads you see from the ad settings of your Facebook or Instagram account.
