Cancellation and Refund Policy

Reservation deposit (3,000 SAR)

• You can cancel the reservation and get the full deposit back within 48 hours of payment by contacting us by phone or WhatsApp.
• If you complete the purchase, the deposit is deducted from the car price.
• If 48 hours pass without completing the purchase or asking to cancel, the deposit is not refunded and the car goes back on sale.

Full refund at any time

• If the car has a significant defect that was not mentioned in the listing or explained to you.
• If the finance company rejects the installment request of a customer who reserved with a deposit.
• If we cannot deliver the car for any reason on our side (for example, it was sold to someone else by mistake).

How refunds are paid

• The amount is returned to the same card or method you paid with.
• We start the refund within one working day of approving it; it usually appears in your account within 3 to 14 working days depending on your bank.
